What is pre order ?

A PRE ORDER is when an item is currently out of stock but can still be ordered in with a delivery time of around 20 working days (sometimes it may be quicker)

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

If an item is in stock and was ordered before 3pm on a working day it will be dispatched on the same day. However, if it is ordered after this time period then it will be dispatched the following working day. Orders after 3pm on Friday will mean dispatch is on Monday. Can i cancel my order once its placed ?

No, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
